1. Why has the Ted Baker website closed down?The Ted Baker website has closed as part of an optimisation through new partnerships. We are excited for the brand site to return with a fresh look in mid-autumn 2024.
2. Can I return my recent Ted Baker purchase?
We are no longer accepting returns for purchases made online or in-store prior to May 2024 in the US and September 2024 in the UK.
If Ted Baker items have been purchased from a concession or 3rd party company - please refer to your original point of purchase/retailer for assistance.
3. Where can I still purchase Ted Baker products?Ted Baker products are available through our trusted retail partners, including:

4. When will the Ted Baker website be back?We’re thrilled to let you know that Ted Baker will be returning in mid-autumn with exciting new collections, and staple products that you know and love!
5. What if I have questions about a Ted Baker order under previous partnerships?For any financial or order-related inquiries regarding purchases made under previous ownership, please contact:

All online orders placed prior to September 2024 should have been fulfilled and delivered by now. If you have additional questions or disputes, we recommend reaching out your bank or payment service provider with whom you originally made your purchase with, for further assistance.
7. Will Ted Baker be the same when it returns?Yes! Ted Baker will return with the same iconic style and high-quality lifestyle items you know and love, with some exciting new lines and updates. We can’t wait to share the next chapter with you!
